FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

FacebookExcellent service all round, quick and responsive on issues. Recently had a problem with electrics and dealt with Lauren Perks in South East, she kept a good flow of communication in order to re-assure us the problem would be solved, I regard it as excellent customer service.

FacebookWaiting over a week for a viewing when I am a cash buyer is unacceptable. So is insisting on a BAFO on one house today and not enabling me to view the possible alternate. Staff have little or zero knowledge of the house you are viewing. All In All very very frustrating !!
