FacebookMy sister put a deposit and first months rent of £1130 on a house to rent (also signed a contract) , 4 days before she was going to move in they told her the property had sold, they did not inform her the property was even for sale. They still haven’t refunded her any of her money which they said they would in 3-5 working days (now been well over that) She has now had to use all of her months wages for the deposit and first months rent on another property (with a decent estate agent) and has informed them of this and they just keep fobbing her off! Absolutely disgusting company! AVOID

FacebookEvery dealing we’ve had with Chancellor’s has been terrible. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful is how I would describe every member of staff I’ve dealt with.
We have moved out of our rental property, our landlord has said we can have our full deposit back but chancellors are ignoring our calls and emails.
I’m absolutely disgusted with this situation - think long and hard before you use this estate agency.
