If i could give 10 Stars I would!!! These lovely people are complete Superhero's. I put my house on with them over 15 months ago now, and they worked so hard to sell it for me, working over and above what i would have ever expected. The house, through no fault of the agents, fell through Twice . But they soldiered on, always having a positive and upbeat attitude to getting a new buyer. I estimated that they must have shown nearly 100 people around the house, and never did they seem to complain. Peter runs an excellent team. Michaela and Samuel have been looking after me throughout and it has been with such professionalism and politeness right the way. My house is now SOLD, thankyou so so much to all of you at Peter Buswell for being AMAZING!!! Sharon Wood

In 20l5 I bought my house through Peter Buswell. I loved the friendly family feel. Most importantly, Michaela listened to me and found what I needed. So it was a no brainer to go back to this lovely company when I had to sell unexpectedly this year. For the past year they have also managed the letting of the property. They did everything; from contracts to vetting and getting references for potential tenants. I trusted them and the advice that Amy and Sophie gave was spot on. It was reassuring knowing that such a professional team was looking after my interests as I was living in the Highlands of Scotland. They also went above and beyond when various maintenance contractors needed access to the property. I can't thank them enough.

Peter Buswell were the estate agenst acting on the sale of the property that we were purchasing and we cannot speak highly enough of them. We rented from Peter Buswell for just over 2 years, and we can not fault them. Sophie and Amy have been an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Any issues we had were solved in a timely manner, even if we were unavailable to let a trade into the house they were more then happy to pop down to let them in. During the pandemic they even gave us a call just to check in to see how we were. We can’t recommend the team at Peter Buswell enough to anyone in the rental market, we have rented for over 8 years from various different agents all over the country, Peter Buswell is by far the best letting agent we have dealt with. Having rented for a few years I’ve always felt with mediocre letting agents who were always put out or disinterested when you called with an issue. UNTIL I met Peter and his team. The whole process was smooth and couldn’t have gone better. Anytime I had an issue I would call and without fail they’d respond with politeness and agree to have whatever it was sorted. I would get check up emails to see how I was getting on and their response time is second to none when I needed to get hold of them. I would recommend their service to anyone whether that let, rent, buy or sell.. you won’t regret it.

Found it very unpleasant dealing with them as a buyer compared to other agents in similar situations. They were passive aggressive and defensive if you looked at things in a different way and got told I should be in a straight jacket because I put a lower offer in - bargaining is apart of the process for negotiating. Completely put us off looking at any property listed with them and found success with a more professional estate agent in the area. We dealt with 10 different agents on our search who were pleasant and we had with no issues with - my advice is that they would catch more flies with honey oppose to vinegar.

We have used this firm in the past and were very happy with the service, so we used them again to sell our property. The presentation on the internet was impressive and they kept on top of trying to sell the place rather than just sitting back and waiting for things to happen. Once we had a buyer they kept us updated regularly and chased all parties involved every week before updating us. When things seemed to be dragging on towards the end they were happy to come up with ideas and suggestions to help, and in the end we sold at a good price and felt that they earned their fee.
