We are very satisfied with the services offered by the agency and the entire team that helped us to find our property. Thanks to Michaela for being so responsive in offering us a property that met our criteria and our budget, also to the other agents very present each in turn to support us as a family, in all stages of the purchase.

We recently sold and purchased a property through Peter Buswell Estate Agents and found their approach a breath of fresh air after dealing with other local agents. From the start, they were enthusiastic, communicative, and super efficient. At all times they conducted themselves with the upmost professionalism. Given that all agents use the same platforms for marketing properties, i.e. Right Move & Prime Location, an agents needs to go that extra mile to engage with potential Buyers, checking in, following-up after visits, all of which they did in abundance. Good luck to the Team, we enjoyed working with you all.

The whole team is very friendly and it was a joy renting from them for the past 2 years. The only reason I moved on is that I moved out of the area they cover. I want to say a big thank you to Sophie, Peter and the whole team for all the help they offered throughout my time with them.

A really fantastic experience. Toby (and team, Elliot in particular) went above and beyond for us. This was a probate sale and we live nowhere near the house being sold. The team could not have been more helpful and I really appreciate it. Nick

Very friendly and helpful team, their office is spotlessly clean and tidy and occupies a corner position in the middle of Hawkhurst, just off the High Street. Throughout my dealings with them so far, they have been responsive, honest and kind, which are important attributes for an Estate Agent.

When deciding to move to a new flat, I instantly knew that Peter Buswell Estate Agents would be the place to inquire, as I thoroughly enjoyed working with them at my last rental. The process could not have been easier - Sophie helped me view, put in an application and get an acceptance within days! I so appreciate all of their help, including Sophie, Toby and Amy. It's lovely to have such a strong team at the end of a phone call or email. Highly recommend. No one better in the area.

Peter Buswell is my local estate agent, two mins up the road from where I work and having lived around 20 miles away for the past 8 years, I wanted to move closer to my office, Peter and Sophie found me the perfect flat, 3 mins walk away and I've never had a more helpful, straightforward rental experience, all handled so efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. Superb from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anybody looking to rent or buy.
