We decided to sell our home after planning permission was given for a major development opposite our front door. We interviewed some estate agents but decided on Peter Buswell because of their friendly, professional approach and they have great local knowledge. They were good at staying in touch, explained their terms clearly and once we had signed up, very quickly pulled together the marketing material. We found a buyer very quickly and Peter Buswell were great at ensuring everything went smoothly from initial offer to completion. We would certainly recommend Pater Buswell if buying or selling a house.

We've dealt with a lot of estate agents in our hunt to buy our first home and Toby was the first to listen to our requirements and send us houses that matched what we were looking for. Literally every house he showed us was something we'd consider compared to the dozens of other houses we had seen over the summer. When doing the viewings, he was knowledgeable about the area, had little details about the house, did a great thought out job of showing us around and was always such a pleasure to chat to. Sophie and the team at Peter Buswell were so great at finding us another rental property quickly after a landlord decided to pull out once we had already handed our notice in on our old property. The house we decided to move into needed clearing and a few things done prior to us moving in and Sophie personally made sure the house was clear and to a much better standard than we had seen previously. We’ve been in the property for 2 months and we are so happy to be here and for the personal service we received from everyone at Peter Buswell but especially Sophie. The property is being managed by the estate agents and we have never had to wait for a reply from them. They are very quick to try and get things done for us. I found myself looking to rent a new property after my long-term agreement of 16 years in Rolvenden came to an end. I reviewed a few properties online and found a lovely house in Hawkhurst.
