Daniel offers 1st class mortgage and in fact all round service/advice, genuinely cares about you, will save you money, will make you feel valued as a customer, will call you at any time of the day or night if it’s important, will get you the best mortgage rate available and will answer your emails after midnight if required. I value Daniel very highly professionally and indeed as a friend. Very professional and at the same time he cares and understands your situations and helps you accordingly. I am very happy with the Mortgage service offered by Mr. Daniel Appleby. We are first time buyers and we didn’t had any idea of the process of buying a house. He has helped us throughout the process of over 8months including making offers and initiating process of few properties and then the entire process on the property we finalised. We’re so thankful we found him as he gave us confidence from the offset, provided us with different options in regards to our mortgage and was constantly reassuring of the process. GoogleSteven has wasted my time. I’ve sent all the paperwork for the financial advisor to call me for an assessment and they never did. They dragged this for weeks without any email or phone call follow up to do the assessment so I can book a viewing for their shared ownership flats. Very disorganised agency. I had a similar experience with another branch of this agency again.

Googledo not return calls for a potential viewing. left us standing outside a property for 20 minutes for a viewing, only to be told we weren't on the list! did get shown around in the end but completely unprofessional in every way
