GoogleRoss was fantastic in getting our purchase through, despite several complications and delays. He kept us as the buyers well informed and managed all the different parties given we had 4 solicitor firms involved! Very much impressed with him and the D&H team. Thanks!

GoogleAmanda was incredible, professional, and on the ball. From the start she was patient, understanding and always kept me in the loop. Without her I would have not been able to move in on time!! I Highly recommend Durden & Hunt, They are brilliant!! GoogleMy experience with Durden & Hunt has been very positive and I've found them to be very helpful and professional. They were very pro-active with the viewings, getting lots of prospective buyers in to see the property, and keeping us updated on a regular basis. We were very fortunate to find a 1st time buyer and thus with the assistance of D&H and our solicitors, were able to exchange contracts within 5-weeks of accepting an offer. As an added bonus, D&H fees were significantly less than our previous estate agent. I can thoroughly recommend using Durden & Hunt.

GoogleHaving previously had my property listed with another agent and having very little success, I reached out to Durden & Hunt after reading some good reviews and seeing their signs up locally. My experience with them has been great, Ross from their Hornchurch office kept me updated the whole time, and arranged multiple viewings of my property. An offer quickly followed which I was happy to accept. Amanda in the sales progression team was equally as great, she made sure all parties were working towards to my tight deadlines and managed to get the contracts exchanged within 3 months of an offer which is very quick for a leasehold property. Thank you all and would highly recommend!

GoogleWe bought a place through Durden & Hunt and Matthew was amazing to work with. Very supportive through what was a very long process and always was there to answer questions. Would highly recommend and if we ever decided to sell would definitely use them.
