Only positive things to say about Durden & Hunt. We were initially unable to sell/get many viewings with another estate agent, however straight away Ross from Durden & Hunt was able to get multiple viewings a week, and more importantly was able to produce a reasonable offer. Ross then continued to go above and beyond, as we are currently abroad, to assist further by making multiple visits to the house to gather information needed to exchange. We were then able to exchange within 8 weeks, with additional assistance from Amanda on the sales progression team. Set to complete later this month. Thanks guys!

I cannot recommend Durden and Hunt enough. From valuation, to exchanging the team at Hornchurch have been with me every step of the way. Matthew Clarke led his team, specifically Jordan through a year of negotiations and hard work to allow me to move forward.
