Although their fees were slightly higher than other estate agents, I could tell from the very first visit/meeting that it would be worth it. I received a professional service throughout the whole process. Jessica and Natasha were amazing. Easy to communicate with, supportive, alway available to help and when they were not they got back to me in a very timely manner. They were the only constant form of communication in what was a stressful process which made life a lot easier for me. If I had to do this all over again I would still pick them. They are worth every penny. Highly recommend their friendly, down to earth, professional service. Thank you to the whole team at the chingford branch!!

The initial meeting was professionally handled with all bases covered. Subsequently when faced with what appeared to be major problems with our purchaser, reassurance was provided and appropriate action taken promptly. Lynburge Rene was particularly helpful and supportive at this point. Sale has now been completed. I have already recommended a friend to the firm and their sale went through to their complete satisfaction.

GoogleMorgan Barrett, Eleanor Dempsey and David Tomlin have done a fantastic job at listing our property, arranging viewings and helping liaise with potential buyers and directly with our developer. Whilst we were unable to sell our property due to the terrible market conditions caused by our former Prime Minister and her government, and the awful problems caused by it (mortgage products removed, sellers and buyers pulling out from the market) we managed to list our property and arrange viewings online in less than a week as a result of the monumental effort by the Douglas Allen Hornchurch team. We will definitely recommend the team to any potential buyers and/or sellers, as the team’s effort knows no bounds. They are kind, considerate and very helpful, willing and able to do anything and everything they can to help out clients. 10/10!

The Lettings Manager Joanna Martin went above and beyond to help myself and my children when became homeless in January 2022. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we ended up in a womens refuge because other agents were unable to help or even try to help. Thanks to Joanna we stayed in the hostel for less than 3 weeks as she managed to find a Landlord who would rent a property to us. I wish there were more agents out there like Joanna, I will be eternally grateful.

Maureen and her Team in the East Ham Branch were all excellent and very professional. Hasan dealt with any queries I had promptly, as did Rosalie. I was kept informed at all times in what can be a very stressful time. This was the second time my family have used this branch and both times the service was above and beyond of what was expected. We had an offer within the first week of the house going on the market. I would definitely recommend them.
