GoogleLisa has been an angel. Throughout the (very) stressful process of buying a new home Lisa has been brilliant. No query or request has been too big. Her mortgage advice has been so helpful and thanks to her we had our valuation arranged within a couple of days of submitting our mortgage application. The whole Elm Park team have been great throughout.

GoogleHad a great experience selling through the guys from the Elm Park branch. Lisa sorted my mortgage painlessly and quickly with some great laughs along the way, and all the other guys were so helpful. If you call for information or advice, someone was always there to give it. Very knowledgeable and always friendly. They make you feel welcome and are always free to chat. It's their friendly nature that would make me go back again. I have already recommended my brother to Lisa and he feels the same way. Can't speak highly enough. Thanks guys. If I could give you 10* I would!!!! It's the way you made me feel, not a pest or stupid, just in safe hands. And that's what you need when going through something so stressful as moving house. Seriously, thank you all.

Worst agent I know, have been in there books for 6 months as cash buyer for 320000 plus, not one call from them with property, not quite sure how you can ever buy from them, maybe they have select buyers / builders, also properties in website for months for sale even though they have been sold months previous. Not sure management at head office are aware of there own office in hornchurch, would suggest they try to find out as sure something not quite right with this agent !!! DONT LET THEM SELL your property you will get better price through other agents!!, everyone I call about is SOLD surprise surprise !! You give agents a bad name !
