Former employee have asked for a copy of my P45 for weeks and nothing happens. They are useless from head office to the branches themselves. I am glad I have recorded their calls and promises! I didn’t even want to give a star but I had no choice. Instead of replying to my message please just get a copy of my p45, but it can’t be that hard surely for such a successful agent like yourselves??
Thank you for your feedback. We just completed a systems upgrade that affected our ability to process requests for copy documents whilst we continued to issue originals, however we are now clearing any outstanding requests and this will be resolved for you shortly.

GoogleIt's my first time to experience some issues in the property. All my electric sockets were not working and because I am not familiar with these stuff, I contacted Andrews and spoke to my agent Ranjan. She was very accommodating and helpful. She stayed on the phone with me and helped me throughout. I was very pleased with her service. Thank you again Ranjan, hope u will be able to see this.

GoogleGreat agency. I've known them for two years, they are polite and professional, and have always responded promptly to my queries. The only complaint is the check-out process: they gave me instructions to drop the keys off into their letterbox, at the end of the tenancy, which was a Sunday, however the letterbox was stuck shut and I had to cancel a work meeting last minute to drop the keys in person.

Our experience with Andrews has been very positive. Complicated by Covid, we had a difficult end-of-tenancy when we needed to regain our property for our own use. The staff at Andrews, particularly Mike, were extremely helpful in finding us alternative accommodation at very short notice and have been available and supportive throughout. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Samuel has a pleasant and professional approach, he was well informed about the house and knew a lot about the area.
