GoogleSam was great to deal with when viewing the property communicated the availability and made the arrangements clear and easy. When requesting a second viewing had no complaints and made it easy. Post sale agreement did an easy handover to Jill who’s been helping get the deal over the line! Highly recommend these guys!

The reason for this high review is entirely due to the James Conner, the agent assigned to my sale. In what was a very difficult and long sale, James was always on hand to give sound advice throughout, speaking to and reassuring the buyers as well as me, and going above and beyond in every possible respect. If it were not for him this sale could well have fallen through, and I'm entirely grateful to him. Superb in terms of client care. If you are selling or buying, you'll not go wrong by asking for James as your agent.

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I cannot thank him enough.

Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. Throughout the admin and paperwork process her communication was quick, clear and she provided good advice to keep things going as smooth as possible.
