GoogleVery slow to communicate. Requested a replacement of faulty equipment which after a year of chasing had still not been replaced. They failed to inform the landlord of our tenancy ending after an email and phone call notice and then tried to tell us that we might have to pay past our tenancy due to their mistake?! Avoid.

GoogleI rang the Haverhill office, to speak to somebody about a property. I think the lady I spoke to may have been a Mel?. Anyway,she was excellent. She answered my question and when the time comes I will be using them for my own sale. She was knowledgeable but not pushy.

GoogleAs a landlord, they where as about as effective as a wet towel. Communication appalling, referencing unproductive. Despite them supposing finding me a new tenant 2 months ago still no sign of a contract and a tenant moving in. Have now moved to a new agency.

GoogleI had heard a lot of horror stories about letting agencies before moving to the UK. This was especially true because most of these people had not been based in the UK when they started to let and thus had no credit rating and such. My first experience was quite the same until I came across the people at Balmforth Haverhill. Let's just say that everything went well from that point on and I simply couldn't recommend them more!

GoogleUnfortunately, horrible experience with renting. You always get the a nice reply from them but the work never done.
Hi Mohamad, We acknowledge your frustration (which we share). There were some maintenance issues at your property and unfortunately, common to popular belief, we don't have authority to spend the landlords money without their approval, unless there is an emergency. It did take longer than we all would have liked for the works to get authorised and resolved, and we can only apologise.
