GoogleMy property went on the market in April And completed in Aug. The team at John Francis in haverfordwest Were amazing. So a special mention to Rita, Adam, Sophie and josh. I would slso like to recognise the manager amy for marketing the property so well. She was fantastic to deal with. Highly recomended.

GoogleRecently had the worst experience with Chloe from the Haverfordwest branch, not only has she lost the chance of selling our house, she’s also lost herself a sale as myself and my partner went to view a bungalow and we wanted to sell our house, we viewed the bungalow with Chloe LUCKILY the owner was there to answer whatever questions we had as she was more interested in playing with his dog. despite this myself and my partner loved the bungalow and we decided that as soon as we got home about 20 mins later we would put an offer in, as we didn’t hear back straight away we just put it down as they were closed for new years, however they opened again on the 3rd January so we expected to hear from them with an answer, hours went past and still nothing so my partner phoned them and spoke to Chloe and she said that the bungalow had a viewing this morning and they want to sell to them, when asked did she even put across our offer she replied NO with absolutely no reason or excuse why she was more interested in making sure that no other branch were Able too sell our house despite us living in a different town and slagging them off to us, Highly unprofessional and incompetent!!

GoogleExcellent, really professional agency. I approached JF to rent my property and they assured me they'd find a tenant which they delivered as promised. There was also a lot of great guidance and advice for meeting all of the rental regulations. Jamilla, James and Jordan supported us from the get go right through until exchange of keys. Highly recommend them.

Leonie in particular really helped us with securing the property & was very helpful with the whole process, keeping us informed and very helpful with our referencing. GoogleWe recently moved to Pembrokeshire from the West Country - the vendor used John Francis, in Haverfordwest to market their property. Our purchase was moving along nicely until Covid/lockdown hit. A hugely difficult time for everyone. We had no need for some time to speak to anyone regarding our move, but a few months down the line I spoke to Aiden, who was extremely helpful/professional. Nearing our completion we spoke with Amy, the Branch Manager, who went out of her way to get things moving and making us feel supported. She also was very helpful with phone calls to our solicitor, at a time when things had started to pick up again, in Pembrokeshire. Nothing has been too much trouble - phone calls and emails to keep us updated, and also Amy coming to see us shortly after we moved in. We would highly recommend this Branch of John Francis. The staff have been great from the outset, and a credit to the company they work for. I hope we never have to move again, but if we did we would market our home with this branch. GoogleI would most certainly recommend John Francis and the fantastic team I had in Haverfordwest! Poppy, Amy and Alex were incredibly helpful and supported me through. They answered all my questions and helped me through any concerns regarding delays. They were all super friendly and approachable. Dominic as my Mortgage advisor took me through every step of obtaining a mortgage professionally but also explained every aspect. He also was very friendly and full of enthusiasm! Thanks everyone for your help, support and positivity in helping me to have my first home! :D
