I would thoroughly recommend John Francis Estate Agent. I dealt with Amy and Bethany during the sale of my mother’s property. The sale was an emotional one for me as it had been our family home for over 45 years. Amy and Bethany dealt with myself and my family in a kind, considerate manner respecting our wishes. The whole process was very easy. I live in Essex therefore I was not able to visit the office in person but I was kept fully informed of the situation by phone and email. The whole process start to finish took 12 weeks. I was extremely impressed with the speed of the service and the help and advice I was given. Many thanks to all the Team from myself and my family

What a dream team. In the wilds of Pembrokeshire customer service and care can sometimes be 'well camouflaged'. However Sophie and Amy (and the rest of the crew) are head and shoulders above the rest. Smiling, calm, supportive, encouraging and above all professional. They have been there providing more support and delivering an outstanding service from the get go. Amy took the listing abd worked tirelessly to get the right pitch - promotion and management of marketing. Sophie managed the offer through to sale with efficency and efficacité of a master chef at a state banquette.... from start to finish she made sure that this was a sweet, appetising, well balanced, expertly presented and managed transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been in an almost two year dispute with them and their owners countrywide. They put tenants in my property that stole my belongings. They do everything to put the blame on you as the owner and not the tenants. The lettings team headed by James King is an absolute joke and the sales team are just as bad. I am now out thousands of pounds thanks to their incompetence. Countrywide wide will do everything to cover up for john francis as they only purchased them a few years ago and are to afraid to say anything. Incase people leave and they can't find anyone to replace them. This means people who have no idea what they are doing at john francis are getting way with ripping off and being disrespectful to landlords. I know this as I used to work as a regional manager for Wales and South west England for countrywide. I only used john francis as I used to work with them but I had no idea just how bad it would be as a landlord. DO YOUR SELF THE BIGGEST FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY. LETTING, SELLING OR RENTING. JUST SHOCKING.

Although we were the buyers and not their direct clients, they consistently went above and beyond to assist us throughout what became a very complex process. From day one, their communication was excellent prompt, clear, and always helpful. What really stood out was how proactive they were.
