Hi Andrew. I have checked with our sales and lettings teams but no one recognises your name. Could you tell me what dealings you have had with Raine and Co and what the problems you encountered. I have asked Andrew to elaborate on his comment. As I have not heard from him no one within our offices recognises his name I can only surmise that this comment has been posted by another Estate Agent looking to discredit our reputation. I have found that this is happening frequently as it is the only way that some Estate Agents can compete with Raine and Co. Raine and Co has not dealt with you since you moved into your student property back in September 2022. If you had a problem with the day to day management of the property then this is carried out by a separate company to Raine and Co and you have left this review with the wrong company.
