GoogleWent to this estate agent about 3 years ago and had the most awful experience ive ever had with a letting agent. Terrible customer service and they will try to take every last penny you have when you move out. Cant stress enough never to choose them.

GoogleMy experience was nice but for the guarantor stress. I love my apartment but for the toilets and bathroom (it needs clean up). The cupboard should be big to accommodate our boxes.

GoogleMr Raj,Jack n the whole Nicholas Humpfrey really handled our accomodation well and made our stay easy even with late payments they were accomodating which we really appreciated l. Any issues that rose were easy to deal with because of how accessible they were.i would recommend Nicholas to anybody looking for easy transition into student housing...especially Mr Raj who was very good to us..

GoogleI had booked in a viewing, which was confirmed a couple of days before. On the day, i turned up to view the house, they weren't there. So i tried calling, emailing and texting and got no response, even went to the office, which was hard to find, and noone was there. Have had no reply to my email since, asking what happened, and no apology.

GoogleWhy Nicholas Humphrey? I locked my room and my key was inside my room. It was already 6-7 in the evening but still I called one of my agent and told him about it.... he came with the key in 15 minutes. Best agency I went for.
