In particular Dan and Shane on the sales team who have been quick to respond on any queries that I have had throughout the process so far and ensured that I am fully briefed on the chain every step of the way. GoogleJust wanted to say we was greeted by a gentleman call Mr Veevers O'hare, took all of our details, slowed the process down listened to our needs. Really knowledgeable and understanding. Made our adventure very exciting. We had been in a couple agencies through out the day greeted with cocky salesmen. We found Liam the opposite. We are now looking at potentially buying a house and commercial site plus some land. We would love to deal directly just with Liam. Very exciting times well done thank you

GoogleMy household have recently rented a property with Oakfield with the support of Tia W. This can be a stressful process for most, however, Tia helped to make everything so much easier for us all and kept excellent communication throughout the whole process. From the beginning of the process, many of the staff have been great and very helpful to us all and have listened to us very well. We also viewed some properties with Kimberley who was also an excellent agent. I would definitely recommend Oakfield to others after this experience.

GoogleDon't believe all tha fake reviews they use to bump up their score. Oakfields are a terrible letting agent for property owners and renters. They have left our house in disrepair for months claiming "they're were waiting for the damage to dry" and then had 2 contractors show up to inspect the house without any warning. And this is not the first time we've had work men show up with no prior warning. In fact, no contact is generally the way Oakfields do business. And previously once the work had been completed, it was then never inspected and usually done poorly. They had the cheek to charge £50 for a tennacy update but the only thing I can see that I paid for was incompetence. As it took them a month to update the tennacy and then once again they didn't bother to tell me the update was completed. Avoid at all costs.

We were looking for somewhere quick and the turnaround to get us into a rental within a day was unprecedented, but Tia managed to sort this out for us, what a star.. she was on the ball, kept us up to date and was professional the entire time, well done Tia, we need more people like you in the world, keep up the good work.

GoogleHannah was very helpful whilst finding my son a property under difficult circumstances. We had a bit of a hiccup during referencing which Gemma managed to rectify, it seems there is no problem that they are not willing to help resolve. Oakfield have been great with the maintenance issue that has arisen since move in. Would recommend.

GoogleDid not have a positive experience of Oakfield AT ALL. The communication was poor and it took ages to fix anything. Once they finally got round to it, all repairs were completed in the cheapest way possible. The staff were patronising and rude and it often seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. Having spent years renting, I have never come across a worse property management company. The flat itself could have been very nice but the way it was maintained was awful.
Dear Robyn, I am truly disappointed to see you’ve had a negative experience with Oakfield this is not at all how we’d want any Tenant to feel. I am sorry for the delays with works at your property and that you feel like our team couldn’t be bothered as that truly is not the case. I take on board your comments about the fact the works were completed cheaply many of these works were completed by the Landlords own Contractors rather than Oakfield appointed Contractors.
