I didn't have any previous experience of letting but having a property to let wanted to find a company who I had confidence in to oversee and manage the let. Oakfield are highly professional but friendly which is important for the landlord and the tenants too. Gemma kept me informed throughout the process of marketing the property and finding a suitable tenant. A smooth and rapid process, I am very impressed. Gemma made herself available over the bank holiday to allow access for the tenants to measure for furniture etc, and making sure that everything is as it should be ready for when they moved in. This was very reassuring. I can highly recommend Oakfield.

My partner and I have been looking for a place in Hastings where we can live together for with my partner's son for some time now. We've had so much trouble with agents not replying to our enquiries, and telling us they'll let us know when properties become available but then never contacting us again. With Oakfield, and their fantastic agent Casey, its been a completely different story. We were able to discuss the challenges we've been facing and within 24 hours, Casey had identified a property that was just perfect for our needs and was able to give us the opportunity to express our interest in taking it. Since then Casey has been incredibly responsive, always getting back to us when we've had questions and even, I believe, working on her days off to help get our applications processed quickly. We're so looking forward to picking up the keys to our new place on Friday and can't thank Casey and the team at Oakfield enough for all their hard work and fantastic customer focus!

We had the pleasure of being helped by Casey, who was efficient and super lovely! We've been looking for a beautiful home for some time and the experience we've had with other estate agents have been really unhelpful and unsuccessful! I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Oakfield has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, issues are not resolved in a timely manner, and there is a clear lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to address ongoing problems, nothing has been handled properly. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
