Oakfield Estate Agents listed a property that I am selling in St Leonards. From beginning to end the process has seamless and stress-free. I worked with Adam Toubi who provided an accurate price estimate, took on the listing and kept me updated on progress. Oakfield made an excellent video and brochure that highlighted the best parts of the flat. An on-line app listed appointments for viewing, customer feedback and, now, the offer and closing process. The team are professionals. And all this for a reasonable fixed price fee. You can't go wrong working with Oakfield and I will certainly use them again.

We have been delighted with the service from start to finish provided by Oakfield and especially Adam Toubi who has been our point of contact from start to finish. I have to say one of the best things that Oakfield provide is the Video Tour of the property. As also having been a buyer it makes such a huge difference to be able to watch a video tour. It was excellently made by Adam and I am amazed how few estate agents put the time in to make one. The photos were excellent and numerous too and with the detailed description they could not have shown our flat off better. The first person that visited then made and offer and purchased it so an excellent result and I feel a really good price was achieved too. 10 out of 10 for service. Highly Recommended.

This was our first experience working with Oakfield Estate Agents and I have to say they have managed our expectations brilliantly. We had an overseas relocation therefore were a bit anxious that everything could be managed in time. However, this anxiety was removed by the step-by-step assistance and guidance of our point of contact Charlotte Kite. Exceptional, professional service and depth of knowledge. Oakfield and Max Hewitt specifically were recommended to me by a friend who uses Oakfield to manage their property. He has been very happy with their service over a number of years. I have a complex freehold/leasehold issue that needed the input from an expert and Max was very insightful and knowledgeable on the subject. They have managed to turn what could have been a logistical nightmare (relocating on a modest budget) into a largely stress-free and smooth operation. After initially registering and being helped by various team members, it was Casey who took on our property hunt and really ran with it. She has been amazing at arranging multiple viewings and keeping the process moving in what has become a really tough rental market. We have used Oakfield as managing agents when renting out our mother's flat as well as sales agents recently when we sold the property. They were always very professional and friendly and they responded quickly to any questions we had. David Burrell was extremely helpful with advice when we first talked about selling and then both Adam and Scott dealt with the sale and we quickly had a buyer. There was also a very quick and efficient response to my questions from the management (rental) side, Rayana in particular always got back with the answers we needed very promptly. I didn't have any previous experience of letting but having a property to let wanted to find a company who I had confidence in to oversee and manage the let. Oakfield are highly professional but friendly which is important for the landlord and the tenants too. Gemma kept me informed throughout the process of marketing the property and finding a suitable tenant. A smooth and rapid process, I am very impressed. Gemma made herself available over the bank holiday to allow access for the tenants to measure for furniture etc, and making sure that everything is as it should be ready for when they moved in. This was very reassuring. I can highly recommend Oakfield.
