GoogleI contacted Oakfield at the weekend to view a property I particularly liked. Despite the COVID restrictions Scott did everything to help me get a physical viewing as soon as possible, including recommending a solicitor and broker, and I had my offer accepted today...less than a week later. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleOne of the most invasive experiences we have ever had as tenants, really intrusive and over the top back ground searches, 2 flat inspections in 6 months, really unfair fee’s at the beginning and end of lease, very frustrating that they are allowed to get away with this, do not rent with this this company.

GoogleThey refused me a tenancy on the basis of bankruptcy. I am and have never been, bankrupt. They would not provide evidence of this claim and refused to refund the holding fee I had placed on a house of interest. Do not use this estate agents. Very shady.

GoogleUnquestionably the best estate agent in the area. We had 5 valuations booked in the same day to see who we liked and (most importantly) trusted the most. Not only did no one compare to Phil from Oakfield but he also said he was confident on how quickly he could sell our home....he was not wrong. He has kept me updated throughout the sale via phone and email. GoogleOakfield boast they can find tenants quickly, but they just find bad ones quickly. Then they're incapable of resolving the problems this causes. Why not just put some effort and skill into finding good tenants in the first place? Not impressed.
