GoogleI used John Bray for the first time and found all staff - principally Colin, Lauren and Will - with whom I dealt to be professional and determined to get the deal done and working closely with me throughout, they certainly achieved a very good price, contrary to the views of other St Leonards agents! GoogleVery professional team but also friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The conveyancing dept helped to speed things up when it seemed to have stalled. Sales team were on hand whenever I wanted to view the house plus I had a surprise gift bag of goodies when I went to collect the keys.

GoogleBeware, you are very likely to be gazumped! Not the most reputable estate agents in Hastings. You'd do a lot better elsewhere.

GoogleJohn Bray were great from start to finish. We'd been searching around Hastings for a place to live for some time and John Bray were simply head-and-shoulders the best agents we encountered. Not only were they friendly and understanding, but they also were excellent communicators and super-efficient. Can't recommend them enough!

They understood exactly how to market my large, quirky house and found me a lovely buyer to boot. They made things very easy for me and it was a smooth, uncomplicated sale.
