GoogleStacey, Robbie and Tom are a great team, they were quick to take our instruction and list the property and find our tenants within the month. They communicated with us throughout the process, being in London we need an agent we can rely on, and this is exactly what we got. They didn’t over promise but certainly delivered !

GoogleBased upon my experience of selling through John Bray I can, without any reservation, recommend them. A local agency with a great deal of local knowledge and that shows. The agency not only cares about selling your property but that of the relationship it has with its clients. Very professional, supportive, friendly and trustworthy. They will try to obtain the best price without giving an over optimist valuation (unlike some agencies). Their marketing was well prepared, viewings were carried out in a professional but friendly manner and the followup services, after we had obtained an offer, were exemplary. Communication at all times was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Push through a sale that due to bad buyer solicitor I gave up on and made it happen. Very honest, fought my corner. Particularly grateful to Will, Kate and Phoebe but really all the team. Extremely grateful, well done guys. Very glad I chose you I should also mention Will who did the valuation, brilliant guy. I had three valuations before this company and they all undervalued my property quite a substantial amount probably to buy themselves or to sell quickly. GoogleHad a few issues with last agents Thankfully john bray have taken over management I'm a tenant and no management from last agents. Jenny at John bray has relentlessly worked to put things right without doubt a proffessional manager calm manner and gets things done. I have to say I've used j.bray before and undoubtedly one of best agents in Hastings. Highly reccomended

She's knowledgeable, honest, and responsive, and goes above and beyond to support you throughout the journey. GoogleIt has been long overdue, I have fought for this property I'm in and from the start the team have been absolutely pulchritudinous. I am a first time renter and their expertise are grand. I have had a few questions but they do answer as soon as. Good service and incredible staff. So far, so good.
