GoogleI recently had an unpleasant interaction with John Bray. No-one should ever feel humiliated after communicating with an estate agent. The company actually gave me information and guidance which turned out to be wrong...so they should have shown a conciliatory attitude rather than a contemptuous one. Such a horrible experience.

GoogleI cannot rate John Bray highly enough. A small local business, who have served our locality for many years and know the market very well. The level of service is excellent, the staff have great communication skills, and the marketing and sale of my property was handled in a professional and efficient way. The level of communication could not be faulted all the way through the selling process, between myself, the buyers and solicitors. I found the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous from front of house to those who were responsible for seeing the sale through to it's conclusion. If you want a personal service, provided by a team of motivated, energetic and enthusiastic people I would recommend John Bray Estate Agents

GoogleSo I have been in my property for less then two weeks. Massive leak from the ceiling. Phoned the emergency number for John bray and no one to answer the emergency number. What a joke. Why even have an after hours number if no one will answer. Very unprofessional. Oh and I have paid 6 months upfront. Its leaked for well over 30 or more litres. Been up all night trying to catch as much water as I can. Of course if the emergency number worked we could fix the problem. Well done John bray.
