Would highly recommend Shaun at open door! We went with another estate agent prior to Shaun and he hardly had anyone come and view Soon as Shaun took over we had loads and sold our house within 2 weeks 12 week later we got the keys to our new home. After several attempts with other agents that talk a very good talk but then simply list your house on Your Move and think that's their job done. Shaun worked tirelessly marketing our property and quickly found us a buyer, but then continued to work very hard in negotiating us the best price. There were many pitfalls and obstacles along the way due to lockdown, and in all of this Shaun had a new born baby that was very ill at the start, but still was always at the end of the phone for me. I honestly can't thank the guys at McArthur enough, through the entire process they were there for any queries, updates and even helped with chasing when solicitors went silent Shaun & Matthew are a pleasure to talk to, you can tell they are genuine people who care about what they do & its left the completion day a little bitter sweet as it means we don't have our daily calls anymore!
