First rate service! Shaun was 1 of 3 Estate Agents contacted ahead of putting my property up for sale. His was the middle of the 3 valuations. He was very enthusiastic, spoke with great knowledge explaining how the customer is his priority. He had a clear logical strategy which he explained thoroughly. He saw beyond the bricks and mortar in front of him, focussing on what he saw as great potential. Following our discussion I felt as if I wanted to buy my own property so enthused was I on his attitude, strategy and selling points for the property!! Would the strategy work? Wow!! it most certainly did, provoking much interest numerous viewings resulting in a sale well in excess of the guide price within a week. Both Shaun and Matthew were excellent, both during the viewing period and post sale ahead of completion. They kept me fully informed, completely looked after me in terms of the sale removing the strain from me, also recommending an excellent solicitor to deal with the conveyancing. I felt that I mattered and wasn't just another piece of business, yes the customer certainly does appear important to them. Excellent, I would without hesitation use them again and unhesitatingly recommend.

AMAZING! From the initial phone call to selling my bungalow, Shaun was brilliant. He was honest, approachable, down to earth and importantly realistic. There was constant communication and updates, which is important in these unprecedented times. He constantly reassured and gave me confidence that the bungalow would sell - he was right, I sold the bungalow at the price he told me. I cannot praise MacArthurs estate agent enough. Shaun and Matthew were always on hand giving updates on our sale and the market in general during what has been a very testing time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house, with that extra personal touch that you don’t get with the more corporate agents. Shaun represents one of the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced, acting on behalf of his clients, for the house I was buying. Information was always accurate, responses to queries were turned around quickly and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions which positively impacted our house matters. I really appreciate all the efforts that he went too, being available at the drop of a hat and really going above and beyond to ensure our “house chain” and purchase was as smooth and successful as it could be. Considering how stressful moving house is, Shaun’s persona and abilities to minimise my stress levels with matters, (to which were out of our control) were hugely appreciated and have gotten me through the last six weeks!! McArthur Estate Agents were not our estate agents but were chosen by the sellers of the house we were purchasing. We found their service much better than our own estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors and everyone else combined. Their service was extremely professional, respondent and they always went out of their way to help and support at each stage of purchase. Subsequently our experience was made a positive one - without added stress and fully reassured that someone would always respond to us, usually within minutes, and have an update on our purchase. Each interaction was friendly, empathic and pleasant in a very genuine manner, which we found is quite rare where property and money is concerned. McArthur’s have just sold a property in Swinton for myself and members of my family. From the first conversation I had with Shaun he was always very pleasant, polite and professional . After several attempts with other agents that talk a very good talk but then simply list your house on Your Move and think that's their job done. Shaun worked tirelessly marketing our property and quickly found us a buyer, but then continued to work very hard in negotiating us the best price. There were many pitfalls and obstacles along the way due to lockdown, and in all of this Shaun had a new born baby that was very ill at the start, but still was always at the end of the phone for me.
