GoogleGave them 1 star because I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me about a property in Bawtry. I lodged my interest 2 days ago!!
sorry to hear this, you may have the wrong agency as we don't currently have any properties in Bawtry available. If you contact the office directly, we will see if we can assist you.

GoogleThere are good and bad, and these are the bad. My recent experience was underhanded. Far better offers were rejected in favour for a developer.
Dear Paul I believe that google reviews should be a platform for people to share the truth. I am therefore saddened that you have decided to leave this review. We are sorry that on this occasion, due the extremely high levels of demand on the property in question, you were not successful with your bid. To correct the record, this property did NOT sell to a developer. We are seeing high levels of demand for many properties at this time and always try to ensure we act fairly and with integrity. Every time. We understand that people will be left dissatisfied and disappointed when things don’t work out for them. This is clearly the case here and you have responded by leaving us a negative review. If you want to discuss this privately or indeed continue this discussion in the public eye, we are happy with either. We would like to wish you all the best for the future and sincerely hope you find your dream home sooner rather than later. Kind regards Shaun McArthur (director)
