McArthur always went the extra mile to help out when selling my Mums house. Especially as I live over 200 miles away nothing was too much trouble.

We were shown 3 property's in the Bircotes area. The knowledge of the areas and houses was second to none. We were greeted in a friendly manner and didn't feel at all pressured. I would definitely recommend them if you areselling or indeed looking for a new home.

Support from start to finish. I fully appreciate that without the support of Shaun and Simon our sale (& therefore our purchase and dream move) could have fallen through at numerous stages. He was great throughout. He talked us through the processes, calmed nerves and dealt well with issues. Couldn't have asked for more.
