GoogleMe and my partner are first time buyers and were originally so confused where to even start! We had a consultation with William H Browns mortgage broker Daisy Cornell and she made us feel completely at ease!! Explained everything in such a clear and precise way, she has been so hands on and contactable when we have any questions. We were worried due to my partners credit score but she managed to get us a mortgage and we have now had a mortgage offer within 2 weeks of even meeting her!! Absolutely over the moon with her work and cannot recommend her enough!🫶🏻

GoogleDaisy was amazing, explained everything so clearly to me and helped me feel calm about the situation with the rise in rates. I’m extremely grateful for all her help. I will say the £599 fee is a bit steep, I was hesitant because of this, it’s alot of money when people don’t have much at the minute. If it wasn’t for Daisy being so amazing then I would have gone elsewhere. She’s a real credit to you. Big thanks to her!!

GoogleMy experience with the Harwich Dovercourt Branch, and Robert Ellen, the Assistant Branch Manager in particular, is awful. Ellen actively advertised, discussed and booked appointments with myself to view houses that have already been sold. When challenged on the sale status of the properties, he cancelled the viewings and said "they are sold". These properties are still currently listed as "available" on William H Brown's Harwich Dovercourt website and Rightmove. When I rang the auction-site direct, I was told that one of the properties was sold months ago. To make matters worse, Ellen then proceeded to automatically book viewings for other properties on his books that I hadn't requested. I have taken dated screenshots of all properties and kept all emails on file. I will be reporting Ellen and the Harwich Dovercourt Branch to the National Association of Estate Agents, Propertymark and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. This branch have wasted my time by pretending to sell houses that are already sold. To deliberately mislead a potential buyer about a property is unethical. If I could sum up my experience with Robert Ellen and his team at Harwich Dovercourt, all that's left to say is .. Buyer Beware.

GoogleI had an overall amazing experience with William H Brown. Dan helped me not only with the viewing and getting the property for rent on the date I was looking for but also went to the extreme of setting the electricity charging and helping to start the water heater. The William H Brown team is extremely helpful and that made me feel at ease because it was my first time I was renting on my own and I did not feel overwhelmed for even a second. He is always on hand to help, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.
