GoogleWe used the Harwich branch of William H Brown to sell my parents bungalow. We had many twists and turns to the sale (which had nothing to with the estate agents) and it turned into a very,very long, drawn out process but made much easier with the help of Michelle, who in our opinion is fantastic! She kept us upto speed with every step and gave us great advice when we needed it. Now the sale has been completed we will miss our weekly chats and advise anyone selling a property or buying to ask for Michelle. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

GoogleAmazing!! Currently working with Daisy and I cannot fault her at all! She’s been so helpful and supportive- first call was Saturday and we’ve had an offer accepted 2 days later! Honestly incredible and just can’t wait to get moved in. Daisy has made the process so much easier and hearing the news of our offer being accepted is the cherry on top of the cake! GoogleDaniel and the rental team are great got a tenant quicker than other agents. Just make sure all conversations are documented as they tried to take £200.00 for office fund for repairs ETC but I have already told them I am sorting this. Other than that overall a good experience.

GoogleMyself and my wife had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Coates during the purchase of our new home in Harwich, throughout the whole process David was so helpful answering any question that we had and putting us at ease to the point that we were confident to leave him in charge enabling us to concentrate on more important things like what colour to paint the living room. I would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone and if we ever move again ( which I certainly don’t plan to ) David would be the first person I would go to.

GoogleI found William H Brown a highly professional company, Daniel was exceptional, as prior to signing up with William H Brown, I'd had a particularly bad experience with a tenant and was very wary of letting the house out again. Knowing this, Daniel was sympathetic but also gave me confidence that I could go forward and successfully let the house. Daniel was so professional, the house tenanted within a couple of weeks, he kept me informed every step of the way, I had full faith in him. Thank you Daniel!! I would highly recommend this company.
