GoogleWe are very grateful to David Coates whose experience and conveyancing knowledge were instrumental in facilitating the exchange on a relatively long chain that we were in. Despite him not being our agent ( David was in fact acting for a seller at the start of the chain) he was always willing to help during what had been a tricky legal process during the exchange, with a professional and 'can-do' attitude. Would therefore highly recommend him and his colleagues Bradley and Michelle.

GoogleUnfortunately through no fault of the agents, three sales fell through but Michelle was absolutely superb in getting new viewings arranged within hours of buyers pulling out. She really knows the local market, her housing stock and her applicant database and doesn’t waste time getting unsuitable viewers round just to get her viewing numbers up. I would highly recommend Michelle particularly as she builds a great rapport with you and even though she must have lots of clients, she makes you feel extremely valued.

GoogleWe looked at a few properties through the Harwich branch but unfortunately we brought through another agent, however we used the mortgage adviser through WHBrown and found Nick excellent, he got our mortgage offer out very quickly and was very helpful with all our questions. We would definitely use him again in the future. We dealt with Michelle a lot who actually put our offer forward for us via the other agent. We found Michelle very efficient and friendly and actually was in touch with us on her day off. We would definitely recommend WHBrown Harwich and will 100% use them again in the future. They have been brilliant.

GoogleThe staff have all been very helpful making viewing and buying easy. Chelsea Waldock has arranged and accompanied all my viewings. She has been excellent. She is professional with a very friendly manner. She got back to me very promptly with any questions I had that couldn't be answered at the time.

GoogleWe chose WH Brown as we felt that they understood our need to be kept in regular communication. Whilst there were a few minor issues, in the main we were pleased with the feedback on viewings and progress on the sale. Big shout out to "only" Michelle , Sharon and Rob for their time and patience whom we had a very good customer relationship with.
