Literally saved my sale. Had such a poor experience with my solicitor, which Weronika chased with me in a daily basis in an attempt to get things over the line. After 2 months of set backs then helped me switch solicitors to get it over the line before stamp duty cut off! So unbelievably greatful for everything Danny and Weronika did from listing to competition! Massive relief to get it over the line. Can’t thank you both, and the whole team, enough! I contacted our solicitors if I felt too much time went by, so must presume that the buyers solicitors were not as proactive.
