The service sucks... The agents are so unprofessional. Tenants are neglected not responded to. Last minute cancellation.. they just dont know how to run an agency efficiently. If you are a tenant, a major thing to make peace with is that non of your concerns about the property is ever going to be addressed. Make sure you have a solicitor before hand for your deposits to safely be returned back to you.

Worst agency ever. No service at all.

Worst services ever. The management team is fine but the leasing team is the worst agent that I have dealt with (compared to 6-7 agents that I have dealt with previously). They would just reject all tenant's requets / questions without letting landlord knows about the property problems. The attitudes are outrageous and mean as well.

It was a pleasure renting with Rouge. They helped us in letting the property in time (as we wanted it sooner) and making sure all the processes/documentations are done right. All my calls were picked up and answered. David has a great and hard working team there. After check-in, we ran into a maintenance problem and they showed up in time and fixed the issue. Worst estate agents ever! Do not bother using them. Had several viewings with them for properties where they were misleading and/or did not know basic information about the properties. They make several promises via email which they do not keep. Very unprofessional. Just after your money. Would not touch them with a barge pole. Wish I had sent all of these negative reviews sooner.
