I would give a 0 if I could. I had an appointment with Anand to view an apartment and first I couldn't find the entrance so I contacted the branch and a colleague of his told me he'll ask him to call me but that never happened. I managed to find the exact location, waited outside for 10min and then rang the door bell but no reply. After another 10min I left and 10 more min later (so 30min after the appointment time) Anand calls back and tells me he saw me on the intercom's camera but couldn't open for no reason. It's absolutely rude for not meeting the client in front of the property at the proposed time, not returning the call, then knowing someone is outside but not opening the door and then calling 30min later without any apology and just asking if I want to reschedule the viewing. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
