GoogleVery very bad experience. Time waster. Just wanted me to put money in their account without doing the second viewing. Wasted 1 hour for first viewing. Be careful. Several phone calls and no answer.

So sorry you feel this way, but we can assure you that we work very hard and we tried our best to get you the property. We were unaware that this property was on with 5 different agents and it is landlords final decision on who he wishes to proceed with the tenancy. Unfortunately on this occasion the landlord agreed with another agent before we could get you a second viewing which then it is out of our hands. We do not take money and deposits from our clients until the landlord has 100% agreed with the tenancy, but for whatever reason the landlord doesn't proceed with the tenancy all deposits get reimbursed. Its a very competitive market and the landlord can decide to have the property with multiple agents. We are more than happy to help you find an alternative property please feel free to contact us at anytime. Kind Regards, Robinson Davies Properties.
