Shian's communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage of the process ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently with rental and return of a flat in Harrow. As a tenant their friendly and approachable manner made the entire process stress-free and their welcome box upon move in was a nice touch! GoogleShocking service. Enquired about a property letting that was 'just added' to Zoopla, was told I'd be called back within the hour with viewing options. Never got that call back, chased up two or three times and never got any feedback. If the property between my original enquiry and follow up had been let at least the could have said so rather than just ignoring me. Very, very unprofessional
Hi Gila, we are very sorry you feel this way, I can assure you we will never ignore customers. My colleague chased up the landlord on the “pet situation” and tried her best to persuade the landlord but unfortunately he requested no pets aloud in the property. My colleague then tried to contact you back but got not response. The property has now been let as from yesterday afternoon. I hope you find something suitable that will accommodate your needs and accept pets as i know it can be tough with most landlords. Good Luck Kind regards

GoogleI stayed in South Harrow(HMO) for around 10 months. Entire team of Robinson Davies were very supportive and always willing to help. All tenants were working professional and very helpful. Made some good friends over the period of time. Overall stay was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Hi Victoria, as we discussed the property comes unfurnished however, the landlord is happy to accommodate furniture on your request. This meaning, you have the best of both worlds on how you would like to take the property. Stating it comes unfurnished when it didn't is not true. Please be mindful when leaving false negative reviews.
