They helped from when my offer was accepted and were honest with me throughout the legal work. They made my first experience of buying my property a walk in the park. I have had dealings with Haart Lettings Harrow and rented a house through Mr. Robert Bizgan. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with their service, particularly regarding the return of my security deposit. They have been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them, and when the issue was escalated, they requested that I exclude them from any email correspondence. This experience has left me with a negative impression of their post-tenancy services. While I understand the role of letting agents in facilitating communication and resolving disputes, I am disappointed that Haart Lettings Harrow has not fulfilled their responsibilities in this regard. I am sharing my experience as a cautionary tale for others considering their services.

As an executor I had to sell a relative's house that needs much renovation. For various reasons - none haart's fault - the sale fell through 4 times over 10 months. Each time haart quickly found a new buyer. Throughout, Harriet, Ifraz and the team at haart have impressed me.
