Pay for a full service for management of flat. Not sure why I bother as I am the one proactively chasing the branch every day. Rent is late, I am alerting the property manager (when I can get through). Phone calls never returned, voice mails never acknowledged, emails never responded to. It really is that bad. Weeks and weeks go by and there is ZERO communication. I personally would be ashamed to charge a full service management fee knowing I was doing nothing to warrant it. It's daylight robbery. Avoid, avoid, avoid P.S. I use a tag name as my user ID for this review but am happy to share my details with any potential customers to this branch to relay my experience.

Neil was the person who helped me throughout the process of finding a property and I just have to say the service was second to none. I originally gave 5 stars for Neil which I would 100% keep but I have had so many issues with Azim in property management, they ignore all emails from myself and landlord, they ignore phone calls. I have had bed bugs for 4 months and it took Azim 3 months to get pest control round (he only arranged this once I complained to his manager), the pest control company said I need to have treatment on the flat every 2 weeks until they have gone and Azim is ignoring all emails and calls again about arranging the second appointment so now the situation has got increasingly worse. I would avoid anything to do with Haart!! Original Review: Neil was amazing! We were on a really tight schedule and he made everything happen in a week! He worked overtime to make sure everything was smooth and easy for us. Highly highly recommend! If I ever need to move again, I will go directly to Neil!!

In all honesty, I’m a person who doesn’t usually make recommendations, however after my experience with Haart and in particular Neil, I felt it was only right to take the time to outline the care and attention I received. To provide some context, this is the 1st time I have leased a property, and while Haart provided a comprehensive welcome kit which outlined pricing, packages on offer and timelines, it was the unmentionables I needed additional advice on. For example, the merits and drawbacks of unfurnished properties, expert insight into the current market, how quickly my property would rent and on occasion that personal touch. Neil provided all these and always called ahead to confirm appointments or update me if a prospective tenant would be 5-10 minutes late. I was always kept informed at every turn. His care and attention were of A-1 quality, not to mention his friendly and comedic nature. No job was too big, or too small. Due to the marketplace, within 3/4 weeks, Haart found me an excellent tenant with top-quality references. When I am next ready to lease a property, Haart, and in particular Neil will be my first port of call because I felt like I’d been treated as an individual, not a number. If there was one thing I’d change about Neil, and the experience, it would be that he wasn’t an Aston Villa fan, however you can’t have everything in life… C’est la vie. He still gets a 5-star rating!!!

Today I called Haart to deal with an ongoing matter. Unfortunately I must say, over the past few years, dealing with Haart it became very difficult (from continuously not answering the phone calls, or not replying to emails, or trying to reach that particular person that you need to speak with but who's never available, or not returning your call back even though you left a message, voice mail or through a colleague, to get contacted back ecc.). What happened to Haart? Haart used to be up there. Haart used to be on top. Haart used to be a top Estate Agency and one of the best. Today, Mr. Neil Kiernan, which I never delt with before, proved me that there are still great, amazing, top-notch people working for Haart (and I hope he's not the only one). Today, Neil went above and beyond to be helpful and to assist me, even though he is not even in the department which is dealing with my particular case. Today, Neil took over 30 minutes from his time to assist me over the phone, look into my case and explain to me the situation, reassuring me that everything will be sorted out for me as it should have been done a long time ago. Neil didn't just do my day or my week better, he actually made it up on behalf of Haart for all these years when I stopped in believing that still exists people doing their job from the heart. Haart, you need more people like Neil Kiernan, if you want to get back on top, where you belong. Neil went the extra mile today, Neil was extraordinary, Neil does everything from the heart when working for Haart. Thank you Neil Kiernan!
