I can’t thank the team here enough, Waseem, Maxine and Daisie were fantastic, and went above and beyond, looking after my bed bound elderly mother whilst they were showing prospective buyers around her house. They worked around her needs & her carers & dealt with her with dignity and care. They assisted me along the way, keeping me updated & chasing the buyer and solicitors and made the whole process very stress free. I would definitely recommend haart in Harrow to anyone looking for a 5 star estate agent, I know buying a property can be very daunting and stressful, but the guys here have worked wonders.

The house was near perfect, well situated to the schools I need, had a fabulous garden and was freshly decorated. Once at the property Vin ran through all the affordability calculations and left me with a document that answered all my questions, better still he offered me a Flatfair deposit option which allowed me to reduce my upfront costs and ensured I was getting the very best deal. My experience with Haart has been extremely positive from the beginning and I can't thank everyone enough for helping us sell our home. Maxine is very dynamic and competent on what she does and so does everybody else in her team which I have dealt with (Daisie and Waseem). Daisie was always a phone call away and super helpful throughout a very stressful time and dealing with a very difficult client (me! :-)). Overall it is been an amazing experience and I just wish I would have gone with them sooner.

The Property Management Company is the worst I have come across. There have been issues from the start and no-one including the property manager wants to take any responsibility. Although the property is fully managed by Haart for which a full management fee is being paid they do not care about the customers. They do not respond to emails and when they promise to call back with information they never do The question is what are they doing for the management fee? There have been several issues from the start of the tenancy. One example is they have not taken any meter readings when the new tenants have moved in and have not chased the tenants to see if they have informed the council and the utility companies that the new tenants are responsible for the bills. Hence I am paying the bills for the tenants for over 2 months. This is how diabolical the property management department I'd and yet nothing from the Property Manager to say that it has been sorted. I have chased the property manager on several instances but he is never available. Perhaps the Branch Manager or the Area Manager should address the issues of the dis-functional property management department and question why a fee is being charged each month if they cannot do their job in providing the service which they are suppose too. My case was transferred to Harrow branch from Colindale and my experience with Haart Harrow was bad I mean "really bad". I felt like they didn't care about my case and often I have to make the call to chase up. The service was awful. For me Maxine didn't give me the support I needed and she confused me more than help me. I received no help when she was off. Called their branch left message in the morning, no one call back. Again and again! Daisy said she will call me back for a case update and guess what she didn't. Harrow Branch.......honestly have no word to describe your service! Maybe "Awful" is possibly the right word! I think your branch don't worth the 2% commission as you didn't help me at all when I needed. Not at all! 1 star well deserve! This is my honest review!

To all the landlords and tenants in the area, I must make my experience with the Haarts team known. I was going through a very difficult time, and was worried I would become homeless, as I had to vacate my previous property due to an ongoing issue with the landlord to which i was at no fault of my own. Naheem and Sam, helped me not only find the perfect home, but also restored my faith in humanity. Their attention to detail for my requirements, was beyond any of the other agents that gave me false promises. They went that extra step further, and were not only their for me when I was about to break down, but found me a home within 4 days. Both were always available to assist me, day or night and without them I do not think I would have been able to get back on my feet. I would ONLY recommend the team at Haart harrow, as they will not only cater to your needs, but will give you complete piece of mind that their is still good people in the world.

i met great people there even when i lost the first property, they encouraged me not to give up they will get me another one. There is this Lady called Nishi Shah wonderful woman she will call me each time she found anything carry me around in her car. Finally i found one and i loved it. Me and my husband had an amazing experience, being assisted by Kia Toor, in the haart Harrow branch. I would highly recommend seeing Kia, she is so supportive and understanding when it comes to finding your ideal estate.
