Terrible experience ! The sales people are very arrogant when they are talking to the customers. I hope they realize the market and understand that keeping customer happy and talking to them politely is the basic principle to any business.

GoogleGibbs Gillespie acted for the seller in my case, I was a first time buyer. They were really pleasant, professional and I was surprised how helpful they were even though technically they represented the other side. They always kept me up to date and were very efficient when passing information to the seller and the other way round. I was very impressed!

The sale was lost because of the lack of progression chasing. (Little progress in four months). I have reluctantly reinstructed Gibbs Gillespie but I will not repeat the mistake of trusting them twice.

GoogleVery positive experience with John, rest of the team also very polite, knowledgeable about our purchase and helped us through a few stumbling blocks along the way to our completion. A few testing times, none of which they were at fault for, they were a calming helpful hand. We also used their mortgage advisor Russell who was great. Would definitely recommend.
