GoogleThroughout the process I found Robbie and Tim extremely helpful and always on top of things. They are always there to answer the phone and respond very quickly to emails. Tim’s negotiations skills are particularly impressive as well as Robbie’s positive attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Very bad customer services. Their tone of voice changes the moment you singed the contract. If you have any problem regarding maintenance you are on your own, they won't help you.I don't know about all branches but I'm speaking about uxbridge branch( management department) from my own experience.

Ruislip office has appaling customer service. Never return calls or emails. Told blatant lies by sales staff. Manager refused to speak to me when I asked to complain so I commented on the unprofessional attitude on their Twitter account only to be blocked ! Avoid !!

I have never met an estate agents that are so badly organised, rude and fundamentally disrespectful. They have no interest in their tenants whatsoever and are only out to try and get more money. Avoid at all costs and save yourself a lot of trouble!

Scammers !! gave my neighbours next door 6 weeks sole agency contract at a very low percentage and came in pushing me to sign a contract at a sole agency at double the percentage!!! with for a 16-week contract!
