The agents were very unprofessional at my viewing last weekend in Stanmore, the agent just walked past me while I was waiting for her patiently. I just thought to myself maybe she's a bit overwhelmed but the neighbour was actually outside and told me that was unacceptable and rude. Anyways I waited, and when she finally let me inside she wasn't even showing me around. She stood in the hallway and I was giving myself the viewing. Whilst I was looking, she asked me if I was done in the kitchen/lounge and she let a couple in. I was still looking around and I had only been there for few minutes. I could hear her showing the couple around. I said to my friend who came with me that's quite disappointing as we was not treated the same. I was still interested in the flat so I put an offer in the same day. The agent mentioned I should get a response by Monday afternoon. I called in on Tuesday but the lady on the phone said they are still waiting on a decision from the landlord. I emailed the agent on Wednesday and called the office but there was no response. Later online I saw the let was agreed. I think it's very unprofessional that a simple email could not be sent to tell me that a decision has been made but instead I was completely ignored. I think my overall experience with this agency has been negative and would never recommend anyone to them.

I spoke to D’Angelo who’s meant to be representing the lettings function for GG. After emailing him, including chaser emails and failed phone calls to his colleagues only for him to not return a call. Although the property in subject achieved a let, he could have had the courtesy to keep an interested customer engaged, informed and followed through to a viewing - regardless of outcome. USELESS is what comes to mind and not how customer service is, or should be conducted.

I have recently sold my house through Gibbs Gillespie, and I have to say they have been brilliant. From the initial valuation with Paul, who was very professional and friendly to the handing of the sale with Tim. I had some issues with the original buyer pulling out, but Tim and the GG team helped get me another offer within days through their extensive client lists, and then helped me select the right buyer to ensure we had a speedy sale. Absolutely awful experience moving into…

Absolutely awful experience moving into my new property! The agents did not check the property prior to move in and the place was filthy, had broken and missing items that they did not advise prior to tenancy. When I reported the issues to the lettings team, I then had to chase them for an update, and ended up sorting the clean myself. I asked for the complaints procedure as I wanted to make a formal complaint and was ignored! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone I care about! Worse experience with a UK agent EVER!

Gibbs Gillespie marketed our property in Stoke Poges and quickly identified a buyer. Dominic handled all the negotiations and contact with the buyer on our behalf and I cannot recommend him or Gibbs Gillespie highly enough. It is the first time that I have not begrudged paying the estate agents fees on the sale of a property. For this transaction, these were well earned and without Dominic, I am certain the sale would not have progressed smoothly - if at all.
