GoogleReally disappointed in the service. After spending a month chasing references, being pressured to pay the deposit and passing the credit check. Landlord pulled out 1 week before the move in date. We were told that they would help us find somewhere else but never heard from them again except to confirm that we would get our deposit back.

GoogleLandlords beware. Foxtons Property management didn't get reliable references for tenant so we have a con man in our house not paying rent.
We’re very sorry about the unexpected issues experienced during this tenancy, and we will continue working with you to help resolve them. We understand you spoke with your Lettings Manager this week but please do get in touch if you have any further questions. Thank you
