GoogleI have met Andra Ciucas at the Harrow Branch several times and I was very impressed by her outstanding service and her understanding of my requirements. She has a genuine passion for her job and to deal with people and is really accommodating to the customers schedule. GoogleUnfortunately not a very good experience - very difficult to talk to any agents at the office. Reception always did their best but my enquiries never really went anywhere. I think they are either understaffed or take on too many properties so the customer service begins to suffer unfortunately.

From first viewing on the 4th of February to exchange on the 11th of March - the efficiency, co-ordination and overall service for me as a buyer was second to none. They both responded to all my messages and requests promptly and professionally. A seamless 5 week period from viewing/offer to exchange.
