We would like to thank Ramzeen for his hard work and effort for showing us a number of properties. He has gone above and beyond. GoogleIn the last few weeks, I had to visit the branch several times. I was expecting to be just a number rather than a name. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by a negotiator named Ramzeen Sakkaf. He took the time to welcome me warmly, asked me how he could help, asked me to take as seat and even offered me a beverage whilst I waited for him. He noticed I had health conditions and even visited my residence to help complete the necessary paperwork. If you are looking for personable, professional agent who goes the extra mile for his clients, I would highly recommend Ramzeen. Thank you for your support.

GoogleYes, Foxtons charge a higher percentage than other Estate Agents, but in our experience it's been worth every penny. Shoutout to Jodie Ellis, who has been BRILLIANT throughout a lengthy and complex apartment sale. Without her tenacity and personal approach - regular, friendly updates so we never had to ask what was going on - i don't think our sale would have gone through. (We know of other sellers who lost their buyer - not us, due to Jodie's determination!)

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

I use Foxtons to let out my flat. Overall, the process was easy. They came, looked at the flat in person, provided an evaluation and explained the process through. I took the offer where they deal with everything. While this came at a rather hefty commission, i really did not need to do anything. Foxtons helped me sort out all the requests the tenants have and kept me updated with the repairs (also asked for my permission too before placing any purchase orders). Special kudos to Tony Chan, my property manager. He helped me a lot with sorting out all the relevant paperwork to let out a flat. He is very responsive as well. Any queries I have, i can be confident that he will answer it. As a landlord letting through Foxtons, i have no worries, though the commission is a little bit higher.
