Dear Marco RC, We do not recognise you as a customer we regret, however if you were unsuccessful in your pursuit of renting a property via DM & Co, and were unhappy with your experience, just contact us to discuss if any other properties are available. Our fees are very reasonable so perhaps you have mistaken us for another lettings agency? We look forward to hearing from you

GoogleBe very careful! A bunch of fools, cheaters and thieves. Dozens of messages and half a year of trying to get my money back. Only starting a court case helped and they returned the money. The worst agency I have ever been.

GoogleStrongly don't recommend, extremely high fees. Bad contact with office, unprofessional staff (except Russel) The most expensive agency fees which I use ever.

The person who was involved with the respective situations is no longer generally associated with the Company and although she had her own style of trying to help potential Tenants, I am concerned that these people had cause to complain about our service shortcomings. When I started the company 17 years ago, our aim was always to provide the highest customer service satisfaction.
