Hello Guilherme, First of all, we were delighted to have helped your Lovely Parents so much when they rented property through DM&Co, and very happy that, once settled with your new Wife, that you too rented through DM&Co. Sadly, the property you moved out of was left in quite a poor condition. It was disheartening to discover this, as we did, and still do, think so highly of your Family, and thought this was very out of character. The cost to make the property good was kept to a minimum with as little expense to you as possible. Please note the Owner of the property also had to pay for further repairs, such as the purchase of a new washing machine and repair of other items, which you were not charged for. You did indicate you would place a poor review just before agreeing to the Deposit deductions, so the one star review & negative comment were not unexpected, as a final indication of your anger that deductions had to be made from your Deposit. GoogleVery unprofessional staff lack of communication skills and ability , had the most casual attitude towards my need, really felt unwanted in the office. No call to inform cancellation of viewing nor a reminder for the viewing. Don't feel like stepping in that office again. Please don't bother to visit the office if you want to feel valued for doing business with them. I wish i could give them negative ratings but don't have the option, hence the 1 or definitely a negative 10

GoogleI am a landlord who used DM& Co for 4 years but was forced to use another agency in the end. Generally they were ok but communication was a major issue from the company. I really hope you turn it around.

GoogleThe company should be avoided. Their management is based on very poor communication and has the sole aim of extracting money from you.
We were disappointed to read this review as we have no idea who this person is and feel that it is addressed mistakenly to Google Reviews. We ourselves strive only to provide extremely high standards of Management Service and Communication for reasonable fees. DM& Co 020 8864 5575

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever been. The lady in the office very rude and she threaten me. They keep your deposit and dont't want to give it back after end of tenancy.
"I truly was extremely sorry to read the negative reviews. The person who was involved with the respective situations is no longer generally associated with the Company and although she had her own style of trying to help potential Tenants, I am concerned that these people had cause to complain about our service shortcomings. When I started the company 17 years ago, our aim was always to provide the highest customer service satisfaction. I would very much like the chance to assist them again personally and hope that they will give me this opportunity to show what we are really about and to leave a lasting, positive impression with them."
