GoogleI had a worst experience with Neil Vera, the agent just lies all the time, he says and promises and when undone blamed his agency connels, he said the agency took alot of time in making agreement, he is not aware about the work and trained at all. We had a tough time dealing with tiis agrnct and trust me dont deal with them

GoogleWorst estate agent ever very unprofessional The worst mortgage broker. Don't ever pay for mortgage fee. There are other companies who will secure a mortgage with no fee charged

GoogleI would like to warn all tenants of the agents Mari Metrama and Qamar, who lie, cheat and manipulate for the benefit of the landlord. This is a typical colporteur who has the tenants for nothing.

Constantly lied to and fobbed off, phone calls rarely returned, zero communications and support leading to the purchase taking 14 months to go through! In the end we had to circumvent them entirely and just discuss things with the vendor directly. Avoid at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWorst experience ever, paid a deposit for a flat I was interested in and then Neil the sales rep went missing eventually told me I would get my refund and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting having chased them all around for the deposit. I've contact head office and still have not gotten anyway do not use these people.
