GoogleUntrustworthy and cancelled my agreement 2 days before move leaving me homeless. I was pushed / harassed to put a deposit down for a property to rent. I paid the deposit on the conditions that the fridge would be moved from the living room. This was agreed by the agent Rick. 2 days before moving into the property, the contract was not sent to me. I thought this was very strange. I had handed my notice into my current property already. I called the agency they said we are not proceeding with the agreement as the landlord as rejected to rent to you. This was very infuriating as the reference was all complete and good to go. Now Rick has decided to keep my deposit, due to no fault of my own. I will be seeking legal action if the deposit is not returned.

GoogleThere mortgage broker decides whom to give the property because she will ask a one time £900 fee from you and if you refuse that then they won't send your offer to the vendor. We were ready to give £5000 more than the asking price still they cut us off without any proper explanation. Horrible experience. Won't recommend

GoogleI highly recommend Connells Estate Agents - Harrow Branch. I bought a property through the current COVID pandemic. Daniel (Branch Manager), Leslie (Mortgages) and Rakesh (Sales) were all extremely friendly, professional and responsive to answer any query I had throughout the process. COVID has been a difficult and stressful time but this team made it a whole lot easier to find a home. Really happy with the service and would definitely go back.

GoogleHello. 4 months ago I applied to the harrow agency to rent one apartment . After about three weeks of checks in which your agent impered every week other acts, I received the confirmation that everything was OK and that I could move. That after 2 days a day before I move to say that the landlord does not rent the apartment anymore. I asked him to go back and he has been postponed since then and continues to keep my money illegally.

GoogleGoing from contacting Connells for a property valuation to entering into an agreement for them to market our property was professional and friendly. We were regularly updated on progress and had immediate interest from potential buyers leading to an asking price offer. Cannot rate this company high enough and would like to mention Rakesh Jethwa, senior negotiator in particular, he is an absolute asset to the company.

GoogleSecond time I've arranged to see a property with Agent of last resort. They are so old school - turned up to see too many people for one time slot. I just walked away. Please use use someone else that can market a property. They didn't notice I didn't attend.

GoogleDon’t deal with them guys , they are lying dat is deposit free and one day before your agreement they will force you to pay 5 weeks deposit + first month of rent . They will hide the contract until the last day so you will have no choice . Do not trust them , especially that Rickin !NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
