Mr Ian Knibbs showed us a house and rambled and lied repeatedly trying to convince us that nobody uses TV or phone sockets anymore as they were not available in the newly renovated house , he even said that none of the aerials we see on houses roof tops are connected or used ! Went for a long time confabulating trying to convince us. Shameful and unprofessional behaviour from an older man don't use is my advice.

He understood exactly what I was after and quickly found the perfect flat in the perfect location. Poor management company. They take your money each month however when tenants leave a property without paying rent and have caused thousands of pounds worth of damage they do nothing to help. Their checks are poor. Stay clear.
